Mike Silvestrini
Michael Silvestrini is Co-Founder and President of Greenskies Renewable Energy. Prior to launching the solar firm, Mr. Silvestrini held several positions related to international diplomacy including Assistant to a former U.S. Ambassador and as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali, West Africa.
Mr. Silvestrini has created and led a variety of research-based groups designed to research specific issues like social entrepreneurship, indiganous groups of Australia, solar energy and solar energy legislation. Mr. Silvestrini holds a B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in International Development and Arabic from Colorado State University and has completed coursework for an M.A. in International Relations with a concentration in French from Boston University where he was a National Merit Scholar.
He is also an avid outdoorsman, enjoys culinary art and plays a variety of musical instruments.

Andrew Chester
Andrew Chester is the Sr. Project Coordinator at Greenskies Renewable Energy. He handles all aspects of project development from project acquisition to assisting the construction managers with solar-specific components of permitting and utility relations. Prior to his work with Greenskies Renewable Energy, Andrew worked for a nationally recognized media and advertisement firm. There, he was responsible for new business development and led a team that managed accounts throughout New York City and Connecticut.
Mr. Chester has a B.A. in Business and Finance from Assumption College in Worcester, MA and lives in Middletown, CT.

Robert Landino
Robert Landino serves as the Chairmen of the Board of Directors for Greenskies Renewable Energy LLC. He helps guide Greenskies forward by offering business and investment insight honed over decades of project development and construction experience. Mr. Landino is concurrently the President/CEO of Centerplan Companies, a Middletown, CT-based real estate investment and construction firm.
Prior to his role with Greenskies, Mr. Landino was the President and Chief Executive at BL Companies, an Engineering News Record (ENR) Top 500 Architect/Engineering firm with offices throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic states. Mr. Landino also served three terms as a member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, until his retirement in 2000, where he represented the Towns of Clinton, Essex, Old Saybrook, and Westbrook.
Additionally, he has served as House Chairman of the Banks Committee, and was Vice Chairman of the Planning and Development and Finance Committees. He currently serves on the board to the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Landino received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1983, and resides in Chester with his wife Kelly and their children.

Art Linares
Art Linares, a Cuban-born entrepreneur and investor, holds a board position at Greenskies Renewable Energy. He has extensive knowledge in a variety of business models including the retail, restaurant, energy and real estate industries. He also brings decades of investment and financial management experience to Greenskies.
Mr. Linares has three children and lives in Westbrook, CT with his wife, Robin

> Jason Rudnick, Secretary of the Board of Directors |
Jason Rudnick
Jason S. Rudnick, Esq. joins Greenskies as Secretary of the Board of Directors. He is a real estate and tax attorney, as well as a licensed real estate agent. Mr. Rudnick assists Greenskies in a wide variety of operations and is generally involved with each solar development project. Mr. Rudnick assists with new business development and serves as a liaison between Greenskies and the outside legal firms utilized by the company. He is also the Vice President and General Counsel for Centerplan Companies.
Prior to joining Greenskies, Mr. Rudnick was an attorney with Mayo Crowe LLC, a Hartford CT and White Plains NY commercial real estate law firm. Prior to joining Mayo Crowe, he was a tax attorney at Withers Bergman, LLP.
Mr. Rudnick attended Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore MD, where he received a BA in History. He holds a JD from the University Of Connecticut School Of Law in Hartford CT.

Artie Linares
Artie Linares co-founded Greenskies and brings vision and drive to the Greenskies team. A renewable energy entrepreneur, Mr. Linares is involved in a variety of renewable energy ventres including the development of electric car infrastructure and transit vehicle idling services in addition to solar photovoltaics. He is an up-and-coming mind in the energy transformation sweeping the globe and poised to play a critical role in the deployment of the next generation of energy products and services.
Mr. Linares studies Entrepreneurship at the University of Tampa and plans to graduate in the spring of 2011.

Michael Lombardi
Michael Lombardi has a background in project planning, design, and construction. Mr. Lombardi,an engineer, specializes in managing a wide variety of construction projects. He has a flawless track record and a demonstrated ability to perform his construction duties on-time and without compromise. As the President of Centerplan Construction, Mr. Lombardi oversees the construction of all Greenskies solar projects.
Prior to joining Centerplan, Michael was a principal at BL Companies, a multi-discipline A/E/E firm with seven regional offices in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic United States. He has more than 14 years of civil engineering experience on a wide range of commercial and residential projects. As a project manager, Michael has managed numerous multi-million dollar projects simultaneously, of which the scope of services encompassed architecture, site engineering and site due diligence.
Michael received his B.S. in civil engineering at the University of Connecticut.
